- Lepidolite – We are what we are because of where we’ve been. Lepidolite is a beautiful purple gemstone that heals and relaxes your energy. It’s a calming, trusting and accepting stone. It’s also a good recovery stone, providing healing, balance,patience and inner strength. Often used for alzheimer’s, menopause and detoxification, there is a high lithium content in these stones, which has been known to help with depression and anxiety. I’ve paired this lepidolite with amethyst, because amethyst enhances and amplifies the energy of it. Lepidolite is a good stone for both the heart (anahata) and third eye (ajna) chakras.
- White Howlite – A stone of awareness, creating space from attachment and focusing more on feeling a sense of calm in your mind and peace in your heart. Another good stone to relieve stress and anxiety. Each of my gemstone bracelets are made with love and intention. I sage each one before it is shipped to you for cleansing. Beautiful stone for the root chakra.
