What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges vary by location. We do are best to keep shipping costs down, most shipments go priority USPS in the domestic USA. For international orders, price of shipment will vary based on location, weight and speed of shipment to you destination.
How do I set up a wholesale account?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major credit & debit cards. We do not accept cash or check for online orders. If you are looking to start a wholesale account, please inquire by filling out the form to the right and we will get back to you immediately.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times are based on your location. We do not ship on Sundays. Handling times for shipments are 24-48 hours unless you ordered a custom piece. You can track all shipments from us. Tracking number is included in your order receipt
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Indo-Love does not collect any of your payment information. We use a secure checkout via a 3rd party merchant processor. Although you won't be able to tell, you leave our website briefly to a secure area when processing payments and are then re-directed back to out site after the check out process. Bottom line, payment security is our top concern! Your payment is safe with us!
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will be sent an email with a receipt for your order with us and then an additional email with tracking information when your item ships.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! You will receive an invoice for every order.
